What's In The Box?

A long time ago, Roomie and I were swapping our favorite Twilight Zone episodes. He told me about one that I had never seen and still, to this day, have never seen. Maybe it was an Alfred Hitchcock Presents. I don't quite remember for sure now. In it, a mysterious man appears at the doorstep of a financially strapped couple. He presents them with a box. In it is a single button. They are given a proposition: Pressing the button will reward the $1 million. However, someone in the world, someone they do not know, will die. I'm not going to give away the twist. But, it appears I'm going to finally get my chance. Thanks Cameron Diaz!

Oh, and the wife just confirmed that it was The Twilight Zone. How have I never seen this?!?!?!?!?!

Didn't watch the Cameron Diaz trailer, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to believe you if you tell me you haven't seen this:

I am a huge fan of the twilight zone, used to love the 24 hours of Twilight Zone that they do every year (new years? or some other holiday). Favorites: Eye of the Beholder, the one where the woman tries to kill some ufo that actually turns out to be a ship from the u.s., Next Stop Willoughby (don't know if that is the real name), the one where the bus breaks down and one person is then susupected of being an alien, The Last man on Earth episode, on and on, I love that show.

Here is the original twilight zone episode, and I guess the guy who wrote the story this is based on thought this was so bad he got his name removed from it. 2 parts:

Never saw Black Button, either. I don't know how I've unintentionally avoided this story for so long. Yes, the Sci-Fi channel runs a Twilight Zone marathon on New Years, and I always watch A LOT of it. Does thi smean I'll have to miss the movie on purpose???
