Pitchfork's Top 200 of 2000, Q

Pitchfork dropped another list. The heads behind the most affordable and perhaps the summer's best fest are throwing around the top 200 albums of the decade. While internet lists are endless and often absurd, I love them.

Here are some of my favorites from their list: #2 Arcade Fire's Funeral, #8 Sigur Rós's Ágætis Byrjun, #10 The Avalanches' Since I Left You, #11 Ghostface Killah's Supreme Clientele, #17 LCD Soundsystem's Sound of Silver, #25 Madvillian's Madvilliany, #29 Bon Iver's For Emma, Forever Ago, #35 Spoon's Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga, #44 D'Angelo's Voodoo, and #46 The Shins' Chutes Too Narrow

In film related fun, hat tip to the kids from Videoport for turning me onto this one. It has everything a W2 movie needs including an unbelievable plot, David Carradine, mimes, human sacrifice, a jewel heist, topless sun bathing, and machine guns. Hell yeah!
