I think that's what people are starting to call "sweater rock" circa late 1990's Weezer. Rock on! Love the intro...
If you kids dig that stuff you should check out the Islands. A band I was introduced to by none other than Pagin the Devil Twice superstar reporter El Manicero. They come by way of Canada and made my favorite album in recent memory...Return to the Sea.
