"Learning about Cuba, havin' some food."

Sean Penn has recently authored THIS informative and insightful essay for Huffington Post chronicling his struggles with our democracy and detailing his meetings with Cuban leaders Raul and Fidel Castro.

In recent years he has been an outspoken advocate for peace, justice, and social reform. This has resulted in Penn being much maligned by both the conservative right and the outrageous left.

Hannity calls Penn out on Fox News.

You may recall Penn cast as a member of F.A.G. (The Film Actors Guild) inTrey Stone and Matt Parker's hilarious Team America: World Police.

Our boy has been in the game for awhile now. Long enough to hit a camera man, date Madonna, marry Princess Buttercup, win an oscar, and direct one of APT's favorite films.

He has had his ups and downs, but for my money, when Spicoli speaks, APT listens.

"I am a nightmare walking, psychopath talking
King of my jungle, just a gangster stalking
Living life like a firecracker - quick is my fuse
vendettas or death, that's the COLORS I choose
Red or Blue, Cuz or Blood, it just don't matter
Sucker dive for your life when my shotgun scatters
We gangs of L.A. will never die - just multiply"
